May 20, 2022 by www.digitaltrends.com

Canada has finally joined the U.S. and its other Western allies in banning 5G network equipment from Chinese telecom giants Huawei and ZTE. Contents How we got here What this means The decision comes after nearly three years of discussions within the government around the security threat posed by the two companies due to their close relationship with the Chinese government.
