An astronomical unit, or AU, is a measurement of distance that is equivalent to the average distance between the sun and the Earth. So New Horizons is now 50 times further away from the sun than the Earth is. This week, NASA and SpaceX will once again be working together to launch four astronauts on a journey to the International Space Station. What to expect from the launch This will be the second operational flight of the Crew Dragon capsule, following the historic first test flight and first operational mission last year.
