The European Parliament on Tuesday plans to take a final vote on a key piece of legislation that could have a significant impact on the future of the internet as Europeans know it.The legislation in question is the EU copyright directive, a proposed law that will overhaul copyright rules in Europe to bring them up to date for the internet age.
